Terms and Conditions of Card Usage
The card is valid until December 31, 2025.
The card must be activated before it can be used.
The card is personal and can only be used by the registered cardholder.
Room upgrades are subject to availability at the time of request.
To benefit from the card’s privileges, the cardholder must present it at reception.
The card is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others. Only the cardholder is eligible for the benefits.
In case of card loss or theft, please report it immediately. Replacement fees may apply.
Card benefits cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
Some benefits, such as free consultations or discounts, may be subject to limitations or exclusions based on services or departments.
The hospital reserves the right to suspend or cancel the card if misuse or violation of terms by the cardholder is discovered.
