Dr. Alnumay is an Assistant Professor of Surgery (Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery) at King Saud University.

He is a consultant General Surgeon with specialization in Bariatric, Laparoscopic, Robotic, and Hernia Surgery with double board certification (American and Canadian Boards of Surgery).

Dr. Alnumay trained in Canada for his General Surgery Residency, he also attained two fellowships in Advanced Gastrointestinal Minimally Invasive, Robotic and Bariatric Surgery.

He worked as a consultant surgeon at the Shouldice Hospital in Canada which is the world leading hernia surgery centre.
