Dr Ahmad AlKatari is a neonatologist and pediatric consultant who is a Double Board-Certified from SCFHS with more than 17 years of work experience.

Worked in high-volume Labor and Delivery unit and large critical level 3 neonatal intensive Care units across multiple tertiary hospital in Riyadh , mainly in king Saud University Medical City / King Khalid University Hospital , doing all the invasive and non-invasive procedures for neonates and infants.

Have excellent out come in various complicated medical and surgical neonatal cases such as;

• Respiratory distress Syndrome (RDS) , Bronchopuliomonary dysplasia (BPD) and prevention ,
• Early and late neonatal Sepsis,
• Medical care of Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA) and other care of Congenital heart disease ,
• Medical care of Congenital lung disorders,
• Failing to thrive and total parenteral nutrition,  
• Osteopenia of prematurity ,

A Team leader caring for neonates' management from delivery up to discharge home, communicating effectivly with parents as well as doing all the future follow-up care for besides after discharge with concentration on care-giver teaching and breast feeding enhancement and care of all pediatric ages managing variety of childhood diseases and disorders such as ; developmental assessment , vaccinations , initial management of common infancy and pediatrics and rare diseases and disorders ; bronchiolitis , bronchial asthma , bronchopneumonia , allergic rhinitis , gastroenteritis , constipation , dehydration and fluid management , urinary tract infection , tonsillitis , otitis media and externa , conjunctivitis , skin allergy and eczema , napkin dermatitis , assessment of short stature , obesity , feeding and growth disorders , different hematological anemias , initial malabsorption work up , allergy work up , and initial inborn error of metabolism work up, follow up of trisomy 21.

• Saudi Board in Pediatrics (SB-PED); (2008-2012) - Granted at (2012).
• Arab Board of Health Specialization Certificate in Pediatrics (ABHS- PED, 1st Part);Granted at (2012).
• Bachelor degree in Medicine & Surgery (BMMS) in faculty of Medicine - Aleppo
• University; (1999-2005) - Granted at (2006).
• Canadian Medical Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) by MCC established
