Dr Amina Butt is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and has a Fellowship from Royal College of Obstetrician and Gynaecologist (RCOG) London, UK. She has been trained in different tertiary and teaching hospitals in UK including Leeds Teaching hospital, John Redcliff hospital Oxford and Bradford Teaching hospital.
Dr Amina Butt is the Chairperson of International Representative Committee of RCOG KSA. She is a member of British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy (BSGE) UK and member of British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology.
She is a trainer and diplomate of Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive health, London. She is a clinical educator and has organized multiple training courses in KSA and UK for both physicians and patients. She has been involved in research which has been presented internationally.

- Management of most common gynecological problems including menstrual disorders, polycystic ovarian syndrome, fibroid

- Management of early pregnancy complications including medical management, surgical management (Dilation and curettage), Cervical cerclage and treatment of molar pregnancy
- Contraception Counselling including all the methods like pills, Intrauterine devices (Copper and Hormonal Coil) Implanon and Tubal ligation
- Colposcopy, Cervical cancer screening (Pap Smear) and HPV vaccination
- Transvaginal ultrasonography for Ovulation induction
- Office endometrial biopsy for abnormal vaginal bleeding
- Laparoscopic surgery for gynaecological problems like ovarian cyst, Endometriosis, Ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, salpingectomy Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy
- Abdominal gynaecological surgeries, including Abdominal hysterectomy, myomectomy, oophorectomy, cystectomy and ectopic pregnancy
- Vaginal surgery including vaginal hysterectomy, anterior and posterior vaginal wall repairs, Perineoraphy, Labioplasty and Bartholin cyst
- Diagnostic hysteroscopy for postmenopausal problems
- Hysteroscopic surgeries including polyp resection, submucous fibroid resection, polypectomy, endometrial ablation
