• Supervisor of the 441 Medical Program (2004-2006): Established the OSCE exam system for the first time in the Department of Internal Medicine.
• Supervisor of the Adult Cardiology Fellowship Program at King Fahd Cardiac Center (2004-2006).
• Head of the Adult Cardiology Unit at King Fahd Cardiac Center (2006-2010): Led the program to become one of the top cardiology fellowships in Riyadh and established the first Heart Failure Clinic at King Khalid University Hospital (still operational today).
• Board Member of the Gulf Heart Association (2008-2017).
• Board Member of the Saudi Heart Association (since 2008): Longest-serving board member, currently serving as Treasurer.
• President of the Saudi Heart Association (2011-2014, 2014-2017).
• Founder of the National Heart Center under the Saudi Health Council and Chair of its first Scientific Committee (2017-2018).
• Founder & Current Chairman of Nabdhat (Heart Disease Prevention Association) under the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (since 2019).
• Selected as an Emerging Leader from the Middle East by the World Heart Federation (2014).
• Supervisor of the Acute Heart Attack Program at the Ministry of Health (2015-2016): Played a key role in saving the lives of many heart attack patients.
