Dr. Rana Abdullah AlSheikh is a consultant pediatric neurologist, board-certified by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.She specializes in pediatric neuromuscular disorders and is highly experienced in performing electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies for both children and adults.

Dr. AlSheikh completed her neurology training at King KhalidUniversity Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she obtained the Saudi Board in Pediatric Neurology. She then pursued advanced academic and clinical training in Canada, earning a Canadian fellowship in pediatric neuromuscular disorders at McGill University, along with specialized training in electromyography and nerve conduction studies.

Her clinical interests span a wide range of general and specialized pediatric neurological conditions, with a particular focus on complex disorders such as:
  • Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA)
  • Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy
  • Hereditary Neuropathies
