Dr. Aljathlany has over 13 years of clinical and academic experience in the field of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
He is currently the Program Director of the Otolaryngology Residency Training Program. In addition, he is an active speak erat numerous national and international conferences and has multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals in the field of ENT and Head & NeckSurgery.
Scope of Practice
Dr. Aljathlany provides comprehensive care for both pediatric andadult patients, with expertise in:
- General ENT surgery
- Pediatric ENT surgery
- Airway surgery (laryngoscopy, bronchoscopy, laryngotracheal reconstruction, and stenosis management)
- Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy
- Management of throat and laryngeal infections
- Epistaxis management and nasal cauterization
- Septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and management of nasal obstruction and septal deviation
- Endoscopic sinus surgery for sinus disease and nasalpolyps
- Allergic rhinitis management
- Otitis media, middle ear effusion, and ventilationtube insertion
- Hearing loss assessment and auditory disorders
- Removal of foreign bodies from the nose, ear, and airway
